My order says that it has shipped, but the tracking information has not been updated or says pre-shipment or “preparing to ship”.

It can take 3–4 business days for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

In some cases, a “pre-shipment” or “preparing to ship” status means that a shipping label has been created, but the package hasn’t yet been scanned by the carrier. Once your order completes processing and is handed off to the carrier, tracking updates will begin to appear.
