Orders may be canceled for a few reasons:
- The payment or order information was flagged as “unable to process” by our fraud prevention system.
- An item in your order was out of stock, unavailable, or placed on backorder.
- There was an issue verifying your billing or shipping details.
If your order was canceled, you’ll receive an email notification with more details, and if applicable, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
